How do they take care of their employees elsewhere? We took a closer look at HR practices at the University of Tartu.
We would like to introduce a new section of the doctoral studies´ website – Develop your skills, which was created as a joint effort by the colleagues from the Department of Doctoral Studies, HR Award and PR team of the Faculty of Science MU.
This new part offers a comprehensive overview of developmental opportunities during doctoral studies. PhD students can gain practical information, tips for training, research opportunities, networking, or further career directions. The website is available fully in English.
We hope that PhD students find in this section of the Faculty of Science website useful information or inspiration. What´s more, we will be happy to hear your feedback or add your recommendations, do not hesitate to contact us (contact person: Simona Kopalova).
Supporting the development of PhD students as early-stage researchers is one of the important aspects of the new people strategy of the Faculty of Science, HRS4R. Step by step, we move our action plan forward.
