BRNO SPACE - STUDENT CONFERENCE 2023

Human endeavours in the field of space research and its wider application is a dynamically developing field. This is evident not only in the research and development of technologies but especially in the ever-increasing use of satellite data and space technologies in all areas of everyday life. We believe that issues related to space research, including the development and processing of satellite data, rightfully belong in the study and research programs of our universities. On 27 April 2023, the three largest universities in Brno will be organising a student conference on this subject in Building C at the Faculty of Agriculture, Mendel University in Brno. Come and check it out and get learn about current events and projects in space research!

The goal of the BRNO SPACE - STUDENT CONFERENCE 2023 is to provide a platform for meetings, new friendships and cooperative agreements, not just between university student groups but also between students and the commercial sector and others that use space applications in their various forms. Organised by the three largest Brno universities in cooperation with the Brno Space Cluster and other partners, the conference will provide a space for students interested in the field to get to know each other, to present current and upcoming projects and exchange their experience. Last, but not least, students will be able to deepen and strengthen existing cooperative efforts in space projects and technologies, and potentially involve new entities.

The conference is intended for students of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral study programs; academic and research workers from universities and research institutes; representatives of commercial companies in relevant fields and any other interested parties, including students in the final years of secondary school.

The event will take place in Building C at the Faculty of Agriculture, Mendel University in Brno, Zemědělská street 1, Brno – Černá Pole.
