The traditional academic ceremony associated with the awarding of the MU Rector's Award and the Silver Medals of MU took place in the Karel Engliš Grand Auditorium at the Faculty of Law.
On Wednesday, 14 May, Masaryk University experienced a day full of sports, accompanying cultural and educational programme and informal gathering of students and employees. The third annual MUNI DAY set the Bohunice University Campus in motion for the whole day.
MU has developed a new system for supporting PhD students. An income amounting to 1.2 times the minimum wage is guaranteed to all full-time PhD students who fulfil their obligations and study within the standard programme duration regardless of the language of study.

All runners are invited and they do not have to be MU employees or students: MUNI RUN in the Bohunice campus on 13 May is open to adults and children alike.
