Qualitative properties of linear and nonlinear differential equations and theirs systems and some classes of functional-differential equations will be investigated. The attention will be paid to problems of the existence of solutions for boundary-value p roblems and to applications of the theory of boundary-value problems for studying of asymptotic properties of solutions.
